Aradhana can provide Indian Classical Music and Dance performances at Weddings and other private and corporate functions. We realise that your wedding day is probably the most important day of your life and what better way to celebrate than with the sounds of sitar, the intricate rhythmic patterns of the tabla and the beautiful graceful and energetic Kathak dance?

We work closely with bride and groom to suggest, advice and deliver at any stage of your big day, keeping you informed throughout. We can provide classical dance and music for the following:

Welcoming of the guests, Entry of the bride, During the ceremony, During the lunch, During the reception, Couple's first dance.

For corporate functions and events, we work closely with event co-ordinators and managers to deliver mesmerising and grand performances time and time again for the following:

Award ceremonies, staff away days, Themed events, Dinners, Lunches, Evening receptions

Classical Music...

Indian classical music is categorized under two genres. These are Hindustani and Carnatic. Broadly speaking, Carnatic music developed in the south of the country, while Hindustani is indigenous to the north.

Hindustani music is based on the raga system. A raga is a melodic scale, consisting of notes from the basic seven known as sa, re, ga, ma pa, dha, and ni. See more...
